Irvine Spectrum just recently had a celebration because they have 30 new stores! Damn! THIRTY! And one of them includes a restaurant called Falasophy!

Falasophy is a modern Lebanese street food kitchen, which started its journey in 2014 as a food truck (the #FalafelChariot). In January 2017, Falasophy opened its first brick-and mortar location in downtown Santa Ana’s popular food hall, 4th Street Market. Their menu primarily focuses on authentic Lebanese street food favorites, influenced by Southern California flavors. Share some Spicy Falafel Tacos topped with cilantro garlic sauce, pickled red cabbage, avocado, and pineapple pickled jalapeños, or dig in to the Lebanese Lamb Pita featuring organic leg of lamb, hummus, pickles, pomegranate dressing and fries!
Falasophy will be bringing its popular and modernized Lebanese menu to The Irvine Spectrum Center. During The Irvine Spectrum Center celebration on August 18, 2018, Falasophy will be hosting a soft opening. They’ll be offering a limited menu, and will be giving away FREE FALAFEL PITA sandwiches, a classic filled with falafel, pickled red cabbages, cucumber-tomato salad, and housemade tahini. They will also be hosting some exciting giveaways on social media during the weeks leading up to the event. Their official Grand Opening will be taking place on Saturday, September 8, 2018!

Although I haven't been to Falasophy recently, I have tried their food truck before at an event many moons ago... and remember it was worth and so yummy! The pita pocket sandwich thing.... that I got was packed with meat and full of flavor!
