Does anyone remember Frozen Bar? What about Tap Gelato? Those stores have now been replaced by a new dessert shop called Sweetime. Seriously, this location has been replaced or has had ownership changes so often...
But despite the name changes and ownership changes, one thing remains the same: the gelato. The gelato recipe has been passed down from the first Frozen Bar owners and I don't understand why whichever store / owner it is, can't let it go. Because whenever I notice a new place but the stuff is old, I don't find a good enough reason to come back unless I liked the gelato in the first place.
Anyway, Sweet Time does have a few differences though (as so did Tap Gelato with the gold gimmick) by adding typical boba drinks (kinda sad about this because I like Tap Gelato's drinks better) such as Thai Tea, Taro, and etc. as well as crepes! Now that's a new addition: CREPES!
I have yet to try those but hopefully it's as good as it looks.
