I eat out a lot and it's not always healthy eating. Sometimes, it's nice to treat myself to yummy fruit and juices!
Salud Juice located in Long Beach offers pressed juices and also food! They strive to provide products that promote healthy eating by offering a huge variety of pressed juices! Not sure what to get? They let you sample it all. I mean it, all of it.
Now if you're a fan of healthy juices and happen to be in the area, this is a great place to stop by! They have so many to choose from. They have really tasty ones that I thought, wow, this is healthy? They have other ones that are so healthy tasting I probably wouldn't order because they sometimes leave a bad taste on my tongue... Just not used to it completely... haha
When I came here with Kevin we decided to get:
- Indian Summer (This was sooo yummy! Tastes more like just Orange Juice!)
- Carrot
- Orange
- Lemon
- Muddled Mint
- Soylent Green (Very veggie healthy tasting.... I got this just to feel less guilty!)
- Kale
- Spinach
- Romaine
- Celery
- Cucumber
- Apple
- Lemon
If you're new to the juicing world and still want happy taste-buds, I recommend the Indian Summer! It tastes refreshing since it mostly tastes like orange juice!
Everything is bottled here so buying the juice means you get to keep the bottle. I think they have a discount for returning the bottles (washed of course) but I'm not clear what the program is.
I am not sure when they actually bottle the drinks? But the ones Kevin and I got had an enjoy by date of 3 days later.
Prices for the juices are around $7-$10.

Parking Tip: Well, it's downtown Long Beach and parking is always gonna give you a hard time. So, good luck finding some street parking! Okay, well it's not that bad actually and there are neighborhoods ^__^
